Professional Delivery Service
- Shipment and installation of artworks using professional delivery service is a principle.
- Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
- The delivery period of the artwork may take longer depending on the frame and additional request.
- Artwork delivery fee will be paid separately after discussion with the gallery staff.

- Pick-up date / With the reservation after the exhibition period, pick-up is available.

Artwork Purchase Information
- 1. A user who has contracted the purchase of works with the “Company” shall receive a written notice(if the supply of artworks is made later than when the document was received, it refers to the date on which the artworks were supplied or supply of artworks started.) regarding the contents of the contract pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」 and the subscription can be withdrawn within 7 days from the date of receipt confirmation of the notice. However, if there are other provisions in the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」regarding withdrawal of subscription, the provisions of the same Act shall apply.
- 2. In the case of cancellation or refund due to a simple change of mind of the “member”, the “member” is responsible for the processing fee.
- 3. Users cannot return or exchange artworks when they have received in any of the following cases:
- ① In case the artwork is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user
② In case the value of the artwork has significantly decreased due to the user’s use or partial consumption
③ In case the value of the artwork has significantly decrease to such an extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
④ In case of original artwork or packing is damaged due to reproduction of a work with the same performance
⑤ When the Non Scratch Film on the front of the limited edition is removed
